Carolyn has been helpful over the years in providing us with the equipment we need (Wi-Fi capable credit card/EBT readers) to keep our business up and running and has responded quickly when we have had questions or needed assistance. When new terminals were needed we received them the day after requesting them. It's nice to have a local processor that is easy to get a hold of with good customer service. We have used 5 different payment processors before working with Big Sky and they were all very difficult to work with and terrible experiences. We deal in what is considered extremely “high risk” products and this classification has made it tough to get and maintain a relationship with a payment processor. We frequently would have tens of thousands of dollars held without notice from us by other payment processing companies but with BigSky, it’s been 0 issues. Very personable, excellent customer support and a straightforward type of company, never giving us a run around! I highly recommend them!
